Hayden has been working in the construction industry since the age of 16. His journey began in high school at a cabinet shop in Deweyville, Utah, where he progressed from shop helper to installer, and eventually to manager. During this time, he gained valuable experience working on complex commercial projects, including historic churches, schools, and stores.

He later moved to a cabinet shop in Logan, where he was introduced to large custom homes. As an installer, he refined essential skills in site management and precision installation. Following this, Hayden managed another custom cabinet shop before starting a cabinet department at a large granite company, gaining vital business management experience. This role also introduced him to drafting and design, further expanding his expertise.

In 2021, Hayden partnered with a local craftsman in Malad, Idaho, to launch Arrowhead Cabinets. Under his leadership, the company grew from a single-person operation to a thriving business with 12 employees. Leveraging his extensive experience in cabinetry and construction, Hayden decided to pursue his passion for home building by founding Flying H Builds.

Since then, his broad skill set, combined with years of industry knowledge, has led to highly satisfied homeowners and clients, who have enjoyed exceptional service in building custom homes and completing remodel projects.
